AOPA ANDORRA was founded in February 2020 by six enthusiastic general aviation pilots.

Andorran pilots Robert Guirao Bailen, Marc Valén, Marcelo Lescano, Carlos Codo, Michael Bock and Gabriel Espelleta Gil.

The six pilots who created AOPA ANDORRA, them direct the association voluntarily, totally without self-interest and without remuneration or contract, motivated by their love for Aviation, motivated to contribute to the improvement and empowerment of ANDORRA General aviation and just being rewarded by the achievement of the objectives and personal satisfaction with the activity carried out.

AOPA ANDORRA is recognized as a representative of the General Aviation sector in ANDORRA. AOPA ANDORRA is a member of IAOPA - International Council of Owners and Pilot Associations - based in Frederick, Maryland (USA) and which brings together 82 AOPA countries present on five continents and with more than 470,000 members.
